Review: The Remarkable Journey of Coyote Sunrise

The Remarkable Journey of Coyote Sunrise The Remarkable Journey of Coyote Sunrise by Dan Gemeinhart
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Coyote and Rodeo are a team - for the last five years they've been nomads on the roads of America aboard "Yager", their trusty converted school bus. Along this leg of their journey, their crew of misfits grows as they pick up others in need of a ride (a kitten, Lester, Salvador and his mom, Val, and even a goat named Gladys) and Coyote's real story slowly unfolds. For the last five years, Coyote and Rodeo have been running away from a tragic memory that turned their family of five into a family of two. Now it's time for Coyote to go "home" before she loses the last tangible memories of her mom and sisters. But she soon realizes that going home is sometimes harder than running away.

Join Coyote and her crew for some rollicking laughs and heartfelt cries along the journey!
