One of the Boys by Daniel Magariel
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
A heartbreaking story of devotion and destruction. A father who is idolized by his sons, a mother who abandoned them - at least that's what they've been told. Finally, with the opportunity to start fresh in a new town (a new state even), the boys are jubilant and optimistic. Yet the truth slowly unfolds before them, and they realize that their dad is not the man they've always believed he is.
