Review: Attachments

Attachments Attachments by Rainbow Rowell
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Jennifer and Beth, close friends who work at the same newspaper, but not necessarily together, suddenly have this whole new way of communicating - email! Think 1990s - there is no text messaging, the Internet is in its infancy, but the boss decides that company email is in. Enter Lincoln - the IT employee who is hired to monitor illicit and/or personal emails (anything that is flagged based on specific keywords) that are sent on the company's dime.

Attachments is a colorful romp (although a bit voyeuristic at times) through the comical, mundane, and sometimes messy lives of three average twenty-somethings.
